In chatting with some industry friends the other day, they told me about this popular drink on the slopes of Aspen, which I have unfortunately never had the pleasure of visiting. In the spirit of Winter arriving in Chicago, I am please to share with you a hot cocktail recipe sure to warm you up this season, known as the Purple Haze!
Purple Haze Ingredients: 3 oz warm sake (we used TY KU Junmai Ginjo "black") 1/2 oz Chambord Raspberry Liqueur Fill a low glass with the warmed sake and top with the 1/2 oz of Chambord. Enjoy responsibly!

The other day I was on a mission to make Jamaican Jerk Chicken wraps with a mango salsa for my roommates. The store made mango salsa I usually purchase for this was out of stock, so I had to improvise. Using various recipes I found online, I adapted these to create my own delicious concoction for the wraps. Find below my version of a mango salsa, and feel free to adapt to be your own! Please note, the measurements are approximate, so you may need adjust accordingly.
