In chatting with some industry friends the other day, they told me about this popular drink on the slopes of Aspen, which I have unfortunately never had the pleasure of visiting. In the spirit of Winter arriving in Chicago, I am please to share with you a hot cocktail recipe sure to warm you up this season, known as the Purple Haze!
3 oz warm sake (we used TY KU Junmai Ginjo "black")
1/2 oz Chambord Raspberry Liqueur
Fill a low glass with the warmed sake and top with the 1/2 oz of Chambord. Enjoy responsibly!
