“If you have much, give of your wealth; If you have little, give of your heart”
-Arab Proverb
A strong believer in both the warmth and joy the act of giving can bring, Denise encourages all to become involved in service and philanthropy.
Webster dictionary defines philanthropy as "an act or gift done or made for humanitarian purposes," and service as "contribution to the welfare of other."
You do not have to have monetary gifts to provide to fulfill the needs of others. Simply putting your heart, time, and commitment into serving others can help improve a life even if just by a little bit. Find something you are passionate about and get involved. Denise hopes that if you do not already believe in the act of service, you may see how she participates and be inspired to take action on your own.
